MY Best Buys for Summer

In times of high stress, and the need for relaxation must people will love a wonderful firm body massage, I love delivering aromatherapy and holistic massages to my clients, and friends. Remember to take time for self-care as it is important to try and ensure their is a natural balance to the mind and body.  Oil delivers amazing moisture to the skin and works well to revive aching muscles and joints after a heavy workout, gym or general overexertion. Currently I'm using the Tisserand Muscle Ease Massage And Body Oil and highly recommend this blend all my clients. It is light and easy to use for massage, and a great texture, the aroma is amazing. Blended with beautiful organic essential oils of spicy Ginger, refreshing Lemongrass and toning Rosemary to ease and melt away body fatigue.

 The muscle ease expertly chosen to boost circulation and relieve muscular aches and pains, and delivers soothing power in a nourishing base of Jojoba and Moringa, rich in nourishing vitamins, antioxidants and Omega 6 and 9 fatty acids.

Great for soothing and healing, this organic oil can also be used to diminish acne, plump the skin and reduce inflammation, vegan friendly and cruelty free. 

Another one of my favourite hero facial oils for summer, is the Elemis Superfood Facial Oil, this lush oil immediately hydrates my skin which is prone to dryness. I cannot live without the feeling of oil on my skin, and those that suffer from sensitivities, and irritation will never understand how they lived without this oil, let me know if you have tried it! Anti-oxidant and omega-rich Broccoli, Flax Seed and Daikon Radish, creates a healthy, radiance, rich in omegas to strengthen and anti-oxidants to feed the skin, ensuring maximum skin health LOVE LOVE this oil, it worth its weight in gold ..when you see the results! 
Use a few drops prior to moisturizer,nor more than a 5p piece additionally as a elixir treatment. The texture is lightweight, containing highly concentrated plant-based super foods that deeply nourish and hydrates, whilst keeping the skin super moist for the summer months ahead.

Keeping the skin natural and free from full finish, like to use the of NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer, it glides on easily and leaves the skin dewy, radiant and natural for all skin tones and comes in 12 shades gives a good brightness under the eyes. Simply create beautiful looks by using light concealer on lids, top lip and don't forget to lightly  contour the eyes, nose and above the browline !

Again use once or twice a week depending on your skin type and skin condition.
